Meet Jody!
Hi! I'm Jody Penney, your home designer and selection specialist. I help you overcome the challenges and chaos of building and styling your home. My husband and I began with renovating a rather large farm house back in 2012 -- I then realized I never wanted anyone else to have to undergo the stress of what should be an enjoyable process like we had. This passion quickly flourished into helping others in their rental home designs, future homes, spec homes, and more!
